Pro Serve participates in various state and federal programs that institutionalize safety standards and processes within organizations. Our Safety program includes a comprehensive HS&E Management Systems Manual that is reviewed by the RAVS process of ISNET, an employee orientation program which includes issuing and reviewing of the HS&E Employee Handbook, a DOT Drug and Alcohol program and a comprehensive Subcontractor (PQF) Pre-Qualification Process. Work performance history reviews alone are not an acceptable method of evaluation for an individual. The HS&E department continuously strives to ensure all federal, state, local, and client requirements are being followed on each and every jobsite. The HS&E department consists of a Full Time Director along with skilled Supervisors on all jobsites.
